Recently we had the A/C freeze up and called Vega to have them take a look. They were very quick to respond and Jordan was out the same day we called them.

Jordan worked promptly and gave us a run down on what caused the issue and gave us some tips to maintain the A/C for the future.

Jordan wore shoe covers in the home and went above the call to take care of us. He also helped install a new thermostat which was not on the work order, but didn't hesitate to help. Price was very fair and well worth the call. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Got their number from a friend called them up and the owner himself came over, as soon as he had a break from another job, and fixed my A/C in no time at all. Very Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Tested and explained the situation, why it broke and what it was. Actually showed the readings.

I can't speak highly enough of Vega Air and their great employees. Our air conditioner was not functioning after we moved in our home and our warranty company got us in touch with Vega Air. They were extremely professional, responsive to our questions, and did what they could to make sure we were comfortable in our home without air conditioning for about a week. They even text us on the weekends to ensure we were doing okay. They continued communication after our repair was complete to make sure everything was still working properly. They will always be at the top of my list for my HVAC needs and will recommend them anytime someone asks. Thank you Vega Air!

I was very impressed with the friendly but professional demeanor of all the employees of Vega. There was no hard sale just an exchange of information. I was emailed the contract and estimates to peruse at my convenience. Once I chose a system and returned the signed contract the system was installed within a week. No payment was required until the job was done.
This is the first time in Safford that I have received this degree of service and would recommend them to anyone.
